PLEASE NOTE:
It is absolutely vital that you inform me of any food allergies upon booking your cake order. Whilst I can make a cake with, for example, gluten-free flour, you must be aware that I do work with gluten, nuts and dairy in my kitchen on a day-to-day basis, and I cannot fully guarantee that ingredients have not been prepared or packed in an environment where cross-contamination may have occurred at factory level. With this in mind, for serious intolerances and allergies, I would strongly advise that you locate a specialist baker.  I reserve the right to refuse to make an order where I know there are serious allergies.
