Vanilla Cake With Vanilla Bean Buttercream 
Delicious moist sponge cake, flavoured with finest vanilla bean, filled with raspberry conserve and smooth vanilla buttercream, this is by far the most popular choice for celebration and wedding cakes. The flavour of this cake only improves with age, and can last for two to three weeks if stored properly after your wedding day, making it an excellent choice. The traditional ages-old recipe is the basis for most of the sponge-based cakes I make.

Carrot Cake With Orange Frosting
A wonderfully succulent cake which is packed with real carrot, and filled with a melt-in-the-mouth orange frosting which perfectly complements the flavour of the cake.

Coffee & Walnut Cake with Espresso Buttercream
Flavoured with real freshly brewed espresso and the crunchy walnuts adding a pleasing texture, this cake is a tasty classic favourite.

Rich Fruit Cake
A dark, succulent cake, jam-packed with plump juicy fruit which has been soaked for two to three days in brandy, slowly baked to keep all the flavour and moistness in, then matured for two to three months and fed with brandy every week. It will then be encased in finest marzipan and smooth fondant icing to give you the most beautiful fruit cake which, if properly stored, will last for months after your wedding day.

Red Velvet With Cream Cheese Frosting

Pink Champagne and Raspberry
A light colourful cake, with a hint of champagne flavour. Dotted liberally with freeze-dried raspberries, and layered with a classic vanilla buttercream, the sponge is lightly tinted pink to complement the pretty feminine feel of this cake.

Passionfruit and Lime

Rich fruit cakes are priced on consultation due to the extra ingredients and cooking times required, and flavours from The Luxury Collection will incur an extra charge of £5.00 per flavour.

During the warmer, humid summer months, I add a layer of white (depending on the sponge flavour) chocolate ganache as standard to your cake just underneath the fondant outer layer. This ensures your cake has more resistance to the heat or humidity, and keeps it looking smart instead of melty! It should blend with the flavour of the cake so it won’t alter the taste. Please let me know if you need this ganache layer to NOT be added (in the event of intolerances or allergies).
Exceptions – the chocolate cake will already have a ganache layer, and the rich fruit cake doesn’t require it.

While I will make every effort to ensure allergies are accommodated,  I do work with gluten, nuts and dairy in my kitchen on a day-to-day basis, and cannot fully guarantee that ingredients have not been prepared or packed in an environment where cross-contamination may have occurred at factory level.
